Account & Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your ProTask account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how.
Who Can Request Deletion
- Organization Admins — can request deletion of the entire organization's account and data.
- Technicians / Customers — your account is created and managed by your organization's admin, so some requests may be routed through them. You can still submit a request directly and we'll coordinate as needed.
How to Request Deletion
Fill out our Account Deletion Request Form with your details, or email us directly at support@protask.inwith the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
What Happens Next
- We will verify your request.
- Your account and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
- Some data may be retained longer where required for legal, security, audit, or billing/compliance purposes — consistent with Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
